Care Instructions

We recommend hand washing only to preserve the design on your glass tumbler with bamboo lit and straw. We also recommend keeping your lid dry so it doesn't wear the wood lid down.

Return Policy

We are not accepting any returns at the moment. All products are final sale. If something needs to be fixed with your order, please contact us at hello.bonggaco@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

If you receive your order and would like to exchange it with a different design, please email us at hello.bonggaco@gmail.com with your name, order number, and the product design you'd like to exchange. Exchanges are not guaranteed, as our stock fluctuates, and we may not have the same color of vinyl used. Exchanges are only accepted if the tote is in its original form, not damaged.

You have 14 DAYS from the date your order was DELIVERED to qualify for an exchange. The customer is fully responsible for arranging shipments and covering shipping costs associated with the exchanges. ALL shipping costs are non-refundable.
