Bongga Co. FAQs
1. Are Bongga Co. products made-to-order?
Yes. All Bongga Co. items are made-to-order to reduce waste and keep production sustainable. Because of this, we’re unable to process returns or refunds, but we do honor size exchanges (see below for details).
2. How long does processing take?
We now work with a trusted third-party printer to produce our items.
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 7–14 business days before they ship.
Please note: Processing includes product creation and packaging. Holidays, special occasions, and order volume may affect production times.
3. How long does shipping take?
Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout:
- Standard/Economy: 2–4 business days (domestic), 4–6 business days (international)
- Express: Expedited, faster delivery options available
We primarily ship from San Francisco, California. Weather delays and holidays may extend delivery times.
4. Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes. If you need a different size, please email hello.bonggaco@gmail.com with your:
- Name
- Order Number
- Product and size you’d like to exchange
Exchanges are only accepted if:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and free of scents, marks, or stains
- You contact us within 14 days of the delivery date
- You cover all shipping costs associated with the exchange
Exchanges are not guaranteed, as stock levels vary.
5. What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once an order is marked DELIVERED by the courier, Bongga Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping courier directly to file a claim.
