Be aware that the fabric may not regain its original smoothness. Avoid flash drying, machine washing, soaking, and washing with other light-colored fabrics.

Exchanges are not guaranteed, as our stock fluctuates, and we may not have your desired size in stock. Exchanges are only accepted if the tote is in its original form, unworn, and free of scents, marks, or stains.
You have 14 DAYS from the date your order was DELIVERED to qualify for an exchange. The customer is fully responsible for arranging shipments and covering shipping costs associated with the exchanges. ALL shipping costs are non-refundable.
