Cleaning canvas bags is not advised due to a potential shrinkage rate of 5-10%. If heavily soiled, hand wash with cold water and air dry before ironing at a high temperature. Be aware that the fabric may not regain its original smoothness. Avoid flash drying, machine washing, soaking, and washing with other light-colored fabrics.

If you receive your order and would like to exchange with a different design, please email us at hello.bonggaco@gmail.com with your name, order number, and the product design you'd like to exchange to. Exchanges are not guaranteed, as our stock fluctuates, and we may not have your desired size in stock. Exchanges are only accepted if the tote is in its original form, unworn, and free of scents, marks, or stains.

You have 14 DAYS from the date your order was DELIVERED to qualify for an exchange. The customer is fully responsible for arranging shipments and covering shipping costs associated with the exchanges. ALL shipping costs are non-refundable.
