Care Instructions
Machine wash cold. Wash canvas tote inside-out with similar colors. Avoid using bleach. Use non-chlorine bleach if necessary. Dry flat. Please note that due to the nature of the cotton, the bag will shrink slightly.

Return Policy
We are not accepting any returns at the moment. All products are final sale. If something is wrong with your order, please get in touch with us at hello.bonggaco@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
If you receive your order and would like to exchange with a different design, please email us at hello.bonggaco@gmail.com with your name, order number, and the product design you'd like to exchange to. Exchanges are not guaranteed, as our stock fluctuates, and we may not have your desired size in stock. Exchanges are only accepted if the tote is in its original form, unworn, and free of scents, marks, or stains.
You have 14 DAYS from the date your order was DELIVERED to qualify for an exchange. The customer is fully responsible for arranging shipments and covering shipping costs associated with the exchanges. ALL shipping costs are non-refundable.
